Zumper Innovation Labs provides digital marketing, technology development, consulting, and creative solutions. All services are governed by a separate Service Agreement executed between the Client and Zumper Innovation Labs. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, trademarks, trade dress, logos, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software on this website are the exclusive property of Zumper Innovation Labs or its content suppliers and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Republish, sell, rent, sub-license, or redistribute any material from our website.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any Service Agreement or contract executed between you and Zumper Innovation Labs, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
